Royal Bet Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Royal Bet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Royal Bet reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any of these requirements at any time.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Royal Bet takes age compliance seriously and will close any account that does not meet this requirement without prior notice.
• Location: Royal Bet's services are intended for users in Malaysia. Access from outside this region is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted only one active account. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Royal Bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the information has been verified.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws applicable in Malaysia.

2User Account Management

Your Royal Bet account is exclusively yours and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Royal Bet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or messaging platforms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the Royal Bet support team immediately.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Royal Bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding RM3,000. Accepted documents include a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence.
• Update Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal delays or account closure.
• Inactive: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. Members will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 across all payment methods.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM30,000 for regular members and up to RM100,000 for VIP Diamond and Platinum members.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same method used for your deposit (same withdrawal method).
• Processing time: 30 minutes to 2 hours for regular members; under 30 minutes for VIP Silver and above; near-instant for VIP Diamond and Platinum members.
• Royal Bet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for verification purposes when necessary. Any such hold will not exceed 48 hours without prior notice to the player.

Deposits successfully processed into your Royal Bet account are non-refundable, except in cases of a technical error resulting in the deposit not being correctly credited. Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Royal Bet offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that are explicitly stated in each promotional offer. Failure to meet the rollover requirements prior to making a withdrawal will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% first deposit bonus up to RM500, with a 5x rollover requirement for sports games and 8x for casino, to be completed within 30 days.
• Daily Rebate: Automatic rebates are credited to your account every morning based on the previous day's betting activity. Rebates carry no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly.
• Live Casino Cashback: 10% weekly cashback calculated on net losses after deducting any bonuses used. Credited every Monday and subject to a 1x rollover requirement.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not activate more than one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or other suspicious methods will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Expiry Period: All unused bonuses will expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated.

5General Game Rules

Use of the Royal Bet platform for wagering purposes is subject to game-specific rules for each game type. Detailed rules for each game can be found in the relevant game help section.

• Online Slots: All slots spins are considered final once the spin is complete. Winnings are instantly credited to your account balance. Royal Bet will not reverse any legitimate wins or losses.
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): All decisions announced by the dealer or system are final and cannot be disputed. Any technical issues that arise during gameplay will be resolved based on session recordings maintained by the game provider.
• Sports Betting: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless Royal Bet grants specific authorisation. Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded to your account balance.
• Betting Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed in the game interface. Royal Bet reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Technical Disruptions: In the event of an unforeseen technical disruption, Royal Bet will make decisions based on verified system records, fairly and equitably for all parties.

6Account Suspension & Closure

Royal Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds for suspicion regarding the following:

• Owning or using more than one account
• Identity fraud or the use of falsified documents
• Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Use of automated software (bots) or unauthorised systems
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Royal Bet platform
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Misuse of customer support services

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, Royal Bet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash balance, bonuses, and associated winnings. Royal Bet's decision in such matters is final.

7Personal Data Protection

Royal Bet takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Data collected is used solely for the stated purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

8Dispute Resolution Procedure

Royal Bet is committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of Royal Bet's services, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 – Contact Live Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or email support@royalbet-vip.com. Please include your account number, the date and time of the incident, and the details of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 – Escalate to a Supervisor: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request that your complaint be escalated to a supervisor. Resolution at this level takes 3–5 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Review: If the matter remains unresolved, you may request a final review by Royal Bet's management team. The decision at this stage is final and binding on both parties.

All disputes are subject to Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. The language used in any dispute proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English.

9Terms & Conditions Amendments

Royal Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, Royal Bet will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Royal Bet platform after any changes to these terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically. The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this document.

10Royal Bet's Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Bet shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Royal Bet's control, including internet outages, ISP issues, or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties, including banks or eWallet providers

Under no circumstances shall Royal Bet's maximum liability to you exceed your net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.
